I have 11 hours on my new 3200 and love it. The 54 inch heavy duty deck is indeed heavy. I took it off and greased it. I found that 2 of the press in grease fittings fell off. One on a spindle and one on the inner front wheel. From what I have been reading I guess I have to tap and screw a new grease fitting in each. I guess I am fixing to learn how to do that. Any ideas on the tools I need and tips? I also seem to have an issue with the mechanism of the deck stop/lift linkage. It has always seemed to make a "that sounds bad" sound as it seats when it's in the down position and It appeared that the one inch snap ring was not on from the factory as I found the washer on the deck and no snap ring. I replaced the washer and one inch snap ring and now both the snap ring and washer are on my lawn somewhere. I looked under at the center hydraulic lift linkage and I think something is not right. Has anyone had this issue or any ideas as to what is going on?. Before I ball out my dealer I want to have an understanding of the problem. The dealer thought that the snap ring was not on correctly but I now believe there is something a miss with the lift linkage.
