Anyone know if CCM is buried again? I've emailed them a couple of times and it's been pretty slow (to be fair, I've been slow too).

I'm waiting to hear back from them about estimated price. I'm all ready to pull the trigger on HTL and HSL as soon as they confirm pricing.

I talked to them yesterday about T&T for a bx23 and they said they were backed up about 3 weeks or so to make the side cylinders.

I left messages twice and never got a call back re questions I had specifying a HTL, finally spoke to a woman there and she helped me figure out what I needed. haven't ordered yet, I do plan on getting one just don't need it right away.

We are the only company in the USA I know of offering a custom sidelink. We are doing this at a low price. This is not our main business and we do have a limit to the things we can do. Last month we had 2 key employees that had to have emergency surgery and that has contributed to our backlog. We could hire someone else but we would also have to increase the price by 30% just to cover that cost. We are not going to slap something together just to sell it. We have to offer the best available at a fair price or we will not have a future.

Please read the questions on our INTERNET site and have the answers available. Just because you have one model tractor does not mean everyone wants the same sidelink. Everyone has different implements and applications so when you call there is no one correct answer, there are only parameters for meeting your needs. We are happy to spend the necessary time with a customer to secure the proper side-link that will meet their needs. Also realize that spending 30-45 minutes on the phone limits the number of people we can service.

We appreciate the customers coming from TBN because they are usually more educated as to what they want and what is possible. We also get thousands of spam email a day so we have a filter that ends up nailing some customers emails. We do make mistakes and the best we can do is fix them and satisfy the customer.

Thank you for your understanding and waiting for us to supply your needs.

Yes, thanks for the explanation.

I was just curious about your back log since I hadn't heard anything. I figured you were buried that is why I came here.

Unfortunately I'm usually not able to make phone calls through the week for this kind of stuff so I rely on the internet and email to communicate.

I'm looking forward to placing my order and appreciate your efforts to keep prices reasonable.

Thanks for the post explaining your situation, I wish your two employees speedy recoveries from their surgery.
My own experience buying from you was certainly very pleasant and I look forward to doing business with you again.

For the issue of e-mail spam you MIGHT want to ask people to put something like a TBN tag in the subject line, then set up a rule in your e-mail program to automatically route messages with TBN in the subject line to a particular folder.
It might not be perfect, but I don't think there are a lot of words that have T, B and N together and even fewer that a spammer would use in their subject line.
I can work up step by step instructions for you if you would like help on this.
