CCM shipping overseas

Hi all,

Anyone know if CCM ship to Australia? I sent an email to them last month but didn't get a reply. Anyone in Oz bought from them before?

Sometimes they are a little slow answering emails. I would suggest calling them, but that would really be long distant. Send Mark a PM on this site. He is on here pretty often, that way you have another chance of catching him with out calling. Were you wanting the top and tilt cylinders?

Also note that this time of year they are so buys they do not make the top n tilts if that is what you're after. I think he said by like September they'll start making them again. But ya, PM him on here and he'll answer.

I'm not as far as Australia but they have no problem shipping to Canada.

Make sure you really measure things right. For the side link, I suggest sending them a photograph. Some side links have a bit of an angle on them. It's much easier for them to do it right if you send them a photo.

Take a pair of calipers to the holes to make sure you have the size right.

Initially I was thinking of just getting a toplink cylinder, but I guess if I have to go to the expense of getting the spool valve and the TL, I might as well get the sidelink too.

If CCM will be busy 'til September, I have lots of time to sweet talk the Minister of Finance.

We are very busy this time of year because of hay season. Our hay customers come first now because it is a very compact season and they are dealing with a commodity that must be processed in a short period of time. May and June are so busy we all are hard to live with because of the pressure of getting everything done and trying to help as many people as possible. Often when customers call us we are their last hope of finding a part. Just today we sent 20-30 customers that called to other dealers because we knew they would best meet their needs. Our phones never stop. I can answer the phone at 11:00 pm this time of the year and do so and it a customer needing something. We are humans and we do wear down so please bare with us.

The toplinks are easy because they are standard but the side-links are custom and will just have to wait until our hay business slows down before we can fabricate the side-links.
