What can one do about a Kubota dealer who sold a new Kubota to one and then when it was paid for refused to service it, period? I contacted every person up the chain of command, including having tried reasoning with "Russell, " but no a nothing was done. The owner and his son sold the dealership to someone else but still both work there and I am sure didn't tell the new owner about the bad business dealings with others. I'm not the only one. There are no other dealers or shops that will work on Kubotas in Ellis county Texas. At least I can't find one. This machine has 34 hours on it and it was bought new in 2004. It is a ZG23 zero turn lawn mower. IRussell told me he doesn't "have " to service my machine if he doesn't want to and he says he doesn't want to. The machine just cane back from a place that was nice enough to look at it but it came back 5-15-12 and it won't start. The fuel filter bracket is bent and the fuel filter isn't in it, it's just hanging on the outside of it.
Is there a policy that franchises must service the units they sell?
dontgetit
P.S. Thank you
ONE WORD- SCAM!!!!
we've been duped before and this likely is another "Troll".
His one and only post was made on the day he created the account and, no follow up to the comments on the question HE asked.
Might be someone with a grudge or just too much time on their hands
