Is there a safety switch on the three point hitch?
My front bucket works great but the 3 point doesn't raise and lower any more.
I'm still waiting on delivery of my service manual which should explain it but I'm too impatient

Check and see if you have a knob that controls the speed of the three point hitch. It could be turned to a closed position. I have one on my 2535. It is just below the seat near the the PTO lever and the FWD control. Willie Jones

I tried the knob but any position doesn't help.:(

I have a 2002 Century 3045, and also been having problems with the three point raising high enough to clear some implements off the ground. Can you tell me where you located your shop manual?

So far it's all talk I call and it's never in. Today I called and he will talk to his rep. I'll let you know. I think it would be cool to scan shop manuels and post them if we dont get into copyright problems.
I go on a motorcycle website and every bike is listed

I have an owners manual, but it is not very detailed. Especially with problems with three point. I talked with a local dealer who also said that the manuals are very hard to find. He did tell me that Branson Tractors had bought out Century brand, but even they may not have the exact manual that is needed for your model.

I will let you know if I can get ahold of a manual that would help.

I have the worthless owners manuel but a shop manuel is what we need.
The owners manuel is good if you want to know how to turn on the flashers

There is no "safety switch" or interlock as far as I know.
There is a..... Hmmm, how to describe it ????
Lets call it an "extra input" to the position control.

It is on the left side of the rear axle and (the way I look at it) it is intended to take a control cable - looks as if a bicycle brake cable would fit.
There is reference in the shop manual to using it for a rear implement, the translation is confusing, but I take it to mean that a control cable from a roto-tiller can be used as a third input to the 3 ph hydraulic control. The first 2 being the lever and the rock shaft's actual position.
(Maybe it is the 4th input, draft control being the third)

Anyway, if you can find that it might be worth CAREFULLY moving it to see if you can get it to raise/lower the 3 ph.
Just getting in there and looking at it and the other two inputs might reveal something amiss.
Say a twig jammed up in the little levers and mechanisms.

Let me know if you need pics, I can probably shoot some today, or maybe scan a page from the manual that describes this if the snow and rain gets bad.

EDIT:
I just looked outside and remembered that my hoe is on right now.
It might be tricky trying to get pics and the lift arms are fully raised and have to stay that way.
I'll dig out the manual.
END EDIT:

As the saying goes, if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have ANY !

The manuals are "stored away"; a spousal decision, how/why could I need them in winter ?
The digital camera's battery is flat.

The GOOD news is that the lever is VERY obvious, even with the hoe on there.
It is a thin flat bar, maybe 5 inches long and sticks straight up beside the top link mount holes, perhaps 2 or 3 inches away from the top link mounting bracket.
It operates a rod that runs forwards and all that interacts with the position lever, rock shaft's actual position, draft control, etc.

I hesitate to say you can't miss it, but it should be pretty obvious (-:

With a bit of head scratching you might be able to figure this out, e.g. the rock shaft's rod may be indicating that it is already at the desired "there", or the position lever may not be indicating your desired "there", etc.
