century and mahindra pricing one more time

i truly appreciate those of you who responded to my original question regarding the pricing of a century 2535 with a c-50 loader, but no one actually answered the question of whether or not $16,400 was a reasonable quote for this product. one responder actually took delivery of the same tractor but never said what the purchase price was. please if you bought or were quoted a price for this specific tractor please let me know.

I've also looked at mahindra 2810 gear drive with ml108 loader and was quoted a price of $15,500. if you have been quoted a price for this or a 3510 with a ml112 loader please help me out

take a look at my post at CENTURY/BRANSON.....
16400 seem a little high for me, however, the feight charges to this area may be a little lower...
i don't think freight to you would be that much higher...

Price seems high to me. That is close to what I paid for my JD 990 and loader. Not sure how the specs compare but you might want to check them out.

To answer your question, someone would have to have bought those exact tractors with the exact setup, in Connecticut....Ain't very likely.

That's a bit higher than here, but we're in an "economically depressed" region. Maybe not that bad when converted to northern dollars. Suggest you compare your numbers with the "big 3" for comparable weight, hp, features, etc. and determine if there are savings. Here the Mahindra comes in from 10% to 30% less depending on the piece and the dealer.
