I have started using the Ford brand cetane boost in my 2014 F250 6.7 engine.
Has anyone found that this additive or any additive has helped to lower the exhaust cleaning frequency or made the exhaust sensors last longer?
(Our work trucks seems to have less problems than mine, but I really think it's is because they are worked harder and the engine runs all day with no shut downs)
Thoughts?

I researched a similar product by Redline called Diesel Catalyst 85 Plus or RL-2 (even more concentrated form of 85 Plus) with many positive reviews and results about actually increasing power and mpg. Not sure about the Ford stuff by I am sure its made from them by a big chemical company and rebranded for Ford.

I think the frequency of your regen is going to be based on how the miles/hours are put on. The more "work" the engine does the hotter and cleaner it will burn. Thus longer regen cycle times.

I also think any gains you find will be so small that several test periods will be needed to confirm their existence. Test periods should be for example, 10,000 miles or a year. So your test bed is going to be spread over 20,000 or 2 years, one using product, one not. Also will require you to keep diligent records including amount of fuel used, miles traveled, any abnormal miles/loads, etc.

Post your results, I am curious as well.
