hello I have a ch18 kohler that idles fine but when I try to rev it it hesitates. I have cleaned ever jet multiple times and same with the carb does anyone know what's wrong?. has a new electric fuel pump that pumps fine, fuel is new and clear too

Even the discharge nozzle/emulsion tube whatever you prefer to call it..?? Those need to be removed to be cleaned. Check the cross drilled holes.
