Kubota B7610,
I have seen a few posts on this subject along with many discussions on the topic of where to attach chains on a tractor for trailer hauling. I know about chain, binders, trailers, etc., but I still need a few ideas or better yet, pictures of different ways you good folks have attached binding chain to your tractor. As a new owner I have tried to research ideas, had extra D rings welded on the trailer, and bought American chain. Now, if anyone can share some pics I will be ready to haul by springtime. Any help will be appreciated.

I hitched my cart to my 3 ph drawbar and attached the runaway chain to the drawbar. On the cart, it has a Gravely "Y" hitch. I just attached the chain at the top part of the "Y" with the bottom part of the "Y" going onto the ball on the 3 ph drawbar.

I probably should have done the reverse, e.g. attached ball to drawbar and runaway to 3 ph drawbar, because with a 2 wheel cart, it can go down in back if the load is too much aft. To avoid this, I put an anti-rotation castor to one side of it.

The picture above just shows the anti-rotation castor. Still had my Gravely tractor at that point. You can see it to the right.

Here's a pic of when I connected the cart to the drawbar, before I had the 3 ph drawbar.

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about. Do you want to haul the tractor on the trailer, or haul the trailer behind the tractor?

Are you going down the road or across the yard?

When I'm taking my B7100 somewhere, I simply put a couple of straps across the tranny section and around the front axle. When I'm hauling a trailer (manure spreader) with it, I use a swinging drawbar stabilized by a drawbar that fits between the link arms. I have a hitch pin through both and either a hitch ball or clevis arrangement on the end of the swinging bar. The stablizers for the lift arms keep everything straight. I don't haul trailers on the road with this little tractor.
