chain harrow for atv or tractor?

I would like to buy a chain harrow to do some leveling of an open area I tilled recently.

Am I better off getting one to tow behind the atv that is 4ft x4ft or getting a larger one that I could tow with my JD 3320?

If using with the tractor is it better to tow it using the harrow attached to hooks on the the loader bucket or by the drawbar?

have a 5x6 that I tow with tractor. Have towed it with the atv but seems to slip more with the quad, have a kawasaki 650 powerful enough but it just seems better with the tractor. Also will set up to tow behind box scraper as well. Have 5 feet of rope I tie one end to the top of the three point and have the mat hooked into the ring behind the box. Works pretty good, don't have a picture of this setup though.
