Chain - where's the best place to buy 5/16 grade 70?

So before steel prices take a potential 25% jump I was wanting to buy some up.

Any good on line sellers? Any trusted ebay sellers a TBN'er could recommend?

Usually E-Bay will have the best prices on chain.

I've had HFT chain come apart on me in the past.

Same size and grade. Link popped right at the weld point. I put the grab hook back on the longest section and tried again and it broke again. The load was really not anything special, likely less than a ton. I have used their chain before without a problem.

BTW, the deal on 20' of chain and a ratchet binder for $62 is really good (including shipping on $199 or more). HFT wants $48 for their chain and $40 for a ratchet binder.
