Currently own a MS362, no primer bulb on this saw. Have not used a 460 so cannot comment on saw pros and cons. Have 20" and 25" bar for the MS362. I have buried the 20" bar in seasoned maple and did not get any complaints from the saw, no bogging down as I could tell. The 25" bar does load the saw some but I only use the 25" when need arises and leave the 20 on as the general purpose bar. Not sure of your needs as to size of bar needed but my 362 runs the 20" with plenty of power and does a decent job with the 25". Saw has been 100% reliable and starts within 3-4 pulls. As the 362 is a strato saw it took 5-6 tanks through it before I started seeing it reaching it's power potential.

Can't speak to the Stihl, but I wouldn't buy a Husky 460. I like Huskies, but only buy the "XP" pro models. They are all really good, as are the Stihl pro models. I think the brand matter much less than picking a pro model from whatever brand's lineup.
husky 460 is like the stihl 310 290 series. Clamshell design plastic cased saws. Not listed as a pro grade saw. More of homeowner or farmer occasional type use saws. They will work, buttttttt. 
The 362 is a pro grade magnesium cased saw no comparison to the others like 460 310.
362 is the new strato saws and a little heavier then the MS361 it replaced. If I had a choice I would go for a 361.
Also look at this new Husqvarna 555 it is the 560xp without the rev-boost for limbing. The 555 out cut the 357xp in testing with same chain.
There are non XP models that are very good saws built on the XP cases. 359 365 555

What is wrong with a primer?
Could you explain this? I have owned stihl and husqvarna. But only the newer up to date stuff in last 2 decades. Maybe this was something from the past?
Stihl 084 x 4, 066 x 2, MS660, MS361, 200T, 020T, 011av, forgot 026 x 2
Husky 3120 x 2, 372 x 8, 365 x 2, 362, 357, 55, 346 45cc, 346 50cc x2, forgot some 262xp x 2, 272
And never a problem with any saw make holding a tune. Stihl, Husky, Solo, Dolmar, Echo, Poulan, Partner, Jonsered, Redmax. Thats what I dont understand.
So saws 40 years ago have a problem or what?

Exactly. Made a living as a logger and cannot say I ever had a proclivity to any brand and used a bunch. "Stay in tune" is puzzling since so much depended on things like fuel and filters as to how a saw ran. Carb settings depended on gas and who was mixing that batch for the day rather than brand. Cannot recall any saws from 40 years ago that had a problem holding a buzz either and they were mostly McCulloch, Homelite, and Poulin who made a darn good saw back then. (Holy cow, 40 years ago was only 1970) What they say about life being like a roll of toilet paper is so true.
xyz... how could you forget the venerable 262?
Yeah, those Husky XP saws are the pits. I don't know how anyone can get any work done with one of those pieces of junk. :confused2:
