Chamber vacuum sealer

Over the years I have struggled with vacuum sealers. Some sort of liquid gets into the sealing area and no seal results. Or the gasket old and failed seals happen. Or the vacuum pump starts to fail and the result is low vacuum. Or the wrong bag is used and the result is, again, a failed seal. So I have always lusted after a chamber vacuum sealer. Well, today, I am finally happy. I received my VEVOR model DZ-2005 -V1 yesterday and today filled it with the proper oil, which is included, and vacuum sealed two cups of water. No problem. Try that with a regular vacuum sealer. I filled a bag with 2 cups of water, placed it in the chamber, closed the lid, pressed start, and after waiting for the process to finish I had a bag filled with two cups of water and no air. I was especially impressed since my well water has air dissolved in it. The cover of the sealer is clear so I watched the water boil. Nevertheless the seal worked. I could never have done this with my old vacuum sealers. I am truly impressed. The cost, delivered, including sales tax was about $265 bucks. And well worth it, the machine seems to be very well built. I am looking forward to vacuum sealing foods once again.

I recently bought a JVR Industries Vac100. Oil pump and all parts can be purchased from JVR should anything go wrong. Sure it was expensive, but it's built like a tank and should easily outlive me.

I have the 110. It gets used a lot. Wouldn't go back to the other style
