First of all Welcome to TBN ! youve come to the right place for answers.
On my Mahindra the fuel filter sits in a type of sediment bulb. All i did was unscrew the bulb put a new filter in and fill it with fuel, screw it back on and go on with life. Putting PS 911 would be the thing to do, yes! You could probably put a hair dryer on it to thaw it but its quicker to change it. If your worried about getting it started, just turn the key and go. Ive run mine out of fuel several times and no worries getting it started again.keep us posted and good luck .. . .John
