Changing hydraulic/trans fluid in ford345d

I recently took drain plug out from under transmission but there’s still fluid in the reservoir, I don’t see any other drain plugs up front except for the oil.? I took out the filter next to the transmission but that ended up draining rear end/pto fluid. I’m at a loss on how to get rest of fluid out of reservoir.. help!! If you can and have time
