So i'm doing work on this VERY old simplicity 4211 and pulled the plug to drain the oil and it drained out a few quarts but when i went to check it under the seat there was still a bunch in the thing (I don't know what to call it). So anyways, can someone tell me why there is still oil showing under the seat? It is the 8hp model and that's about all I know about it.
