Cheap tractor for hauling a trailer, with one remote

I'd like a cheap tractor for hauling a small dump trailer (5000lbs?) on level dirt. The Ford _n series would be fine, except I need a single remote or the ability to add a remote easily for running the dump cylinder while retaining 3-point lift capability. Electric dump is not an option.

What should I be on the lookout for? Don't care about the transmission type, gear is fine.

I believe some of the older farmalls had a factory single acting hydraulic remote for applications like this. They are quite cheap. I have a super M that I paid 1,000 for and I run it 4-5 times per day every day and it does just fine.

Any old tractor with a single remote, most Allis Chalmers D series tractor came this way an if not restored usually can be had at a decent price.
