Not at my camera for the moment but I'll see if I can explain better. You have two pieces of chain. One end is welded to a piece of plate steel that has a hole drilled in it that the pin from your lower three point arms can go through. One chain goes to one side and the other chain goes to the other side. Then you have two other pieces of plate steel, one for each side. This also has a hole drilled in one end that your toplink pin goes through. Again one on each side. The other end of that piece has what's called a chain dog cut in it. (Picture a keyhole shape, circle with a slot cut from the inside of the circle. The chain goes through the circle and slips into the slot. This allows you to adjust the length by how many As you lower the three point it will only lower until the slack in the chains is taken up so you can "set" how low the three point will lower. Takes all the load off the three point itself and puts it all on the chains. (I tried doing a quick web search to get a picture but no luck)
