Last night, I opened the hood to check some wiring that had dropped down below the hood line, and I noticed that the front, top radiator hose was rubbing badly against the radiator support and had already began to create a hole. I guess there is such a snug fit under the hood of a 1610D that between the hood and the radiator support there is not much room for the hose. Anyway, I used a 1/2''x 4''x4'' cut of rubber truck bed padding between the hose and the support to protect the hose from being further damaged. You might want to check for hose rubbing under your hood. I LOVE my Yannie, but it is a tight fit under there.
