My first "failure", at 144 hours: lifted the front end with the loader to just routinely check spindle bearings,
and noticed the RH side lug bolts were all loose.
Some of the bolts were already about 1/4 inch threaded out.

Of course, no one has any 14mm x 1.5mm grade 10.9 bolts locally.
I'll have to order some. (Some Chevy oil drain plugs come in this size, though)

Maybe a thread die will clean these up.....
Or make some from late model F-250 wheel studs


Side note: the tie rod "ball joints" that connect the steering cylinder (to the actual tie rods themselves) are REALLY sloppy.
Far more sloppy than a tractor with 144 hours should have.

Use blue LockTite on lug nuts and they won't loosen up again. They are still easy enough to get off later, but won't work themselves off like yours did.

I checked the lug nuts on my Workmaster when I completed the 50 hour service and all were tight. I noticed witness marks on the lug bolts and saw no movement. Don't know if Loctite was used but all were tight including FEL frame bolts.

Sounds like you got some GOOD dealer prep, as it should be. No "witness" marks anywhere on mine. The LH side are all tight.
