I wouldn't worry about where the loader was as you have oil on both sides of the pistons of the loader cylinders all that would change would be the volume of the piston rods. What maybe a quart or two? the 3 point maybe a couple of quarts.
I run my 8050 a bit over and it is difficult to see the level its hard to say if its over full or low,
so what I do is look at the sight glass when she's sitting level, the pull it over to where the front end goes down in a good dip and look again if I can see that its definitely clearer I figure I'm good, if I'm not sure or don't think it changed I'll turn around and get the rear end lower to see if I can tell a change.
I'm "blessed" with lots of places to raise or lower the front end.
When it is in the center of the sight glass it is visible, just hard to get it there sometimes.
Yes, center of sight glass is factory spec when level.
