You are going to be swimming in eggs in no time. Isa's can lay near an egg a day, wouldn't be suprised that once they get going you could be getting 40+ eggs a day.

Chickens can lay for up to 6+ years, but their productivity starts to drop off greatly around year 3. It also depends on breed and if you use lights in the winter to keep production up, that has a tendency to reduce their productivity faster.
