Dirt Moving Chinese dozer shuttle shift parts!!

Hi guys..the name is Oscar from New Brunswick Canada i'm new to this site and was hopping to get some help! The splines on my shuttle shift are striped where the transmission input shaft goes in, i called a few places and they all said the same thing...have all kinds of parts but nothing for the shuttle shift! They said if i had a part number that they could probably get it but all my manuals show the shuttle shift but no breakdown of parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! the dozer is a 2008 or 2009 and only has 295hrs on it and it would be a shame if i can't fix it!! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum Oscar. Do you need part #1? I have a shuttle clutch manual written by Al Lamore in 2007 describing this issue and how he repaired it. If you will PM me your email I'll send it to you.

The track fell off a few years ago, jammed and snapped the final drive...i think it also did a job on this spline cause i used it a few times after and then this happened!!

Thanks for all your help....it's greatly appreciated!! I was getting worried that i ws going to have a 6500 lbs boat anchor!!!!! )

You must separate the attachments. Can't have them all in a row. Edit your post and click "enter" once or twice between them.

Can I assume you bought the dozer used?

Yes it had 249 hrs on it when i bought it in 2016.
