Looks like a big version of my neighbors.
Who's the rider? Do they have any experience? I know my neighbor's 90's go pretty quick (probably over 30 mph). If you have an inexperienced driver, I'd set it back a bit.
When my daughter came of age, I almost got her an E-Ton. Looked like the best bang for the buck. That was back a few years and I made a last minute choice to go with a Suzuki 50cc just because I was familiar with them. Well, she outgrew it quickly (she's got a Suzuki 80cc now) and now I'm sitting on a pair (I bought one for my son as well but he's now only 3 and to much of a maniac to drive) of $2000 machines that are sitting collecting dust. Could have saved a bundle if I went with E-Ton. Oh well, another year or 2 and my son will have a couple to ride.
