I work for a company that make attachments and accessories for heavy equipment. We get bunches of trade magazines every month and of course, most of the articles deal with the big dozers, excavators, skidders and loaders, the really big stuff. So imagine my surprise to find in the January issue of North American Diesel Progress, an article on Chinese tractors! Jinmas were mentioned prominetley as "the most widely imported" brand but all the others (Kama, Taishan,Futian etc.) were mentioned as well as the rebadged Jinmas (Nor-trac, Farm Pro etc.). The article was very fair and discussed the various ways of purchasing, stocking dealers and internet sales, parts availability, crate tractors and preassembled and how they can be 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the NH's, JD's and Kubotas. They also listed web sites including this one, COTA & NYCTOA and John's Tractors.
