Is this a scam? Chinese Wheel Loaders - Very Low Prices

I am in the market for a small tractor to be used mostly for snow clearing. I was made aware of an ad on alibaba.com for a ZL08F wheel loader for what seems to be a very good price. I can't seem to get the quote "if it seems to be to good to be true, then it probably isn't true" out of my mind! Has anyone had any experience getting one of these units shipped to North America (specifically eastern Canada)? Is this ad legit or a scam? What is the quality of the equipment? Are parts available? Any other comments, suggestions or tips would be welcomed. Thanks!

Well if you cannot find anyone who is importing them, that should be a big indicator right there. You would probably be better off going with a tractor imported by someone locally who can help with parts and support. That was one of the biggest pre-requisites when I chose a chinese tractor 12 years ago. I went with one of the most prevelent at the time, a Jinma 284. Being imported by a bunch of different people lead to it having a very large info/knowledge base and parts support. It also gave me plenty of pros and cons to read about before I purchased... I was at an auction a few years back and they had brand new, plastic still on the seats, Chinese, wheel loaders. I was tempted. I didn't touch them and most others didn't either. I would say they sold for less than the price of the rubber.

I am having a hard enough time (mostly on account of this country (Canada) self-destructing), getting name brand parts, never mind for something so odd.
