I thought about it too. I went to a local lawn and garden shop and he had several used ones that had good engines. He said he would take the engine off of it and kncok $100 bucks off the price. I figure a good hydraulic motor will run a couple hundred minimum, plus hoses, pulleys and belts for proper gearing, etc... so, I wait until I can find one with a dead engine for little $$.
