chisel plow hp with coulters

I believe it takes approximately 10 hp per plow to pull a chisel plow without coulters.

How much horse power does it take to pull one with coulters?

I don't really have an answer just an observation. I thought the coulters were just ment to cut the vegitation so it does not plug the plow. If that is in fact the case I would think it still takes 10 per plow. Anyone feel free to correct me.
