Hi, ALL,

After what seemed like an eternity, the 3520 arrived today, Thursday.
Traded in my 2.5 year old 4115. I hated to see the 4115 go, though,
I know Rob, the JD dealer, will find a good home for it.

Photo is of number 2 child (#1 son - the older son).

Serious seat time coming up in May when I get home! I have the
last section of land to reclaim and seed/landscape.

Many thanks to all of the members for all of the vital and helpful
info provided.

Cheers,

Lon

Hmmm...choose a JPEG of the tractor, but it didn't get attached.

Guess, I better return my 'rocket science' certificate.

Okay, one more try...sorry 'bout that.

AHHH!!! It's 104KB - 4KB over the limit. Okay,
I'll choose a smaller jpeg, but the shot is marginal.

Lon,

Pic? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif It didn't load /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif.

Heartbroken you traded your 4115 but seriously jealous you've got a new 3520 /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I've test driven a couple and came close to trading but it's not in the budget.

You are officially "in the dog house" 'til we see the pic.'s /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

OK,

You're out of the "dog house". That was quick.

Now I'm REALLY jealous. Fine looking tractor.

Is that a tiller hanging off the I-Match?

Congratulations! I also have a 4115 and have thought about the 3520 as a replacement. I just need to make up my mind if i want the cab or not. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Hi, 'trlong',

Yep, that's iMatch. After years of pushing/pulling/tweaking implements
to get them on the 3pt, I decided that I'm too OLD to putz about
trying to get them attached. Enter, 'iMatch'...should prevent my use
of American slang while attempting to get an implement on.

Actually, after much putz'n about on the 3520, I decided that the 3720
was what I should get...it's only $2K more (plus or minus). But,
$2K more has a limiting effect when it comes to budgeting. Ordered
the 3520 and about a week later, called Rob, the dealer, and asked
about getting a 3720 instead. "He who hesitates, will wait" - he
had managed to get a 3520 only because he had a buyer, me.

Now, the wife is wondering when a 3720 might appear - with a cab!
My garage door opening is NOT tall enough. Enlarging the opening;
adding in the cost of a cab; etc. - well, not in this lifetime.

I really like Buckie's idea of adding the 12V outlet to power a heating
pad - this would be nice when plowing snow when it's colder than
Hades.

Cheers,

ldm

Lon,

The 3720 is even more attractive to me but those limiting $'s keep getting in the way. Guess I'll stay with the 4115 for now (is a real little workhorse). Cab? Oh that would be so nice in the winter but with what we had this winter, for snow, I'd have been embarassed to have a cab. Maybe next year we'll get some real snow. You must be up in the Mt.'s to be worried about those temp's and snow in CA.

Enjoy the seat time!

Tom
