Building a 12 x 5 ft picnic table for my in-laws as a Christmas gift. Metal work complete, just need paint and the wood screwed on. Right now I can get 2 3/8 new drill for $1.00 per foot so it might be a little over built. Square tubing is 14g 4 x 2 picked mainly to look proportionally correct.

Finished the table. Family was very happy. Unrelated but the wife wanted to help out on our land so I put her to work cutting pipe with the plasma cutter.

Looks great Joe! I always like to get my wife to make a cut or do something little with a tool during a project. Makes me feel good and she appreciates the experience... well most of the time. :laughing:
