It will soon be time to maintenance the new tractor. There sure are a lot of zirch fittings!

I own 3 grease guns. Have for a long time. All of them rated +/- sucks. But I'm sure I got them on sale!

And the SO is pestering me for a Christmas List...

Anyone out there have a strong opinion on a quality grease gun? Manual? Air? Electric?

A brand name / model or maybe even a link would sure help me accomplish this task.

Or any other cool tools for tractor maintenance & support that cost some small fractional multiple of a video game cartridge. (Do they still come on cartridges?)

Any ideas appreciated!

Bob

Lincoln. Lincoln. Lincoln. Doesn't matter what type you get manual or battery. They are the best in my opinion.
I will stay away from air grease guns after hearing about a former coworker. Seems the gun blew apart at some point and blew grease under his skin in his hand. Had to have surgery to clean out the grease.

As for other ideas BFH(big hammer). It will be your best friend when you get a lift arm stuck on an implement.

I like the pump with one-hand type with a flexible hose. That puts one hand on the nozzle/zerk, and one hand to hold and operate the gun. I think mine is a Lincoln. I would know the brand if it didn't work well.
