CK 20HST needs new tires

Hello, I’m located in the Mid Atlantic,(Delaware) and it’s time to replace the tires on my CK 20HST it came with industrials which I thought performed great. I have a FEL and Kioti backhoe unit and have done a fair amount of finish mowing and brush hogging with good success and even a fair amount of snow moving/removal with FEL and back blade and was happy with the tires. I am partial to the industrial tires but have heard of a newer version? I am very concerned with price and also need to remove and paint my rims prior to replacement. I am assuming I will either need to deliver the rims to an ag tire dealer or tire shop to mount the new tires I purchase from them or on line. My current tires & tractor lived outside (storage bldg collapsed in storm) are 12-13 years old lived out side and are heavily cracked . New tire should be going in new plow bldg shortly. Looking for some advice on best & most economical way to get replacements and get them mounted?

Cheapest;
brush some tire dressing on them and wait till one goes before replacing them.

Nicest;
buy new tires from a near by shop that will come on site and dismount the old mount the new,
if you have fluid in them pump it out and back in, then dispose of the old tires.

Cheapest;
Locate the tires you want for the best price have them shipped to you.
Break them down one at time clean and paint your rims and remount the new tire.
Not knowing your sizes the rears are easier to work while still on the tractor usually.
The fronts likely easier to break down laying on the ground, I'd break the bead before removing them from the tractor.
Lots of sweat and cussing but the cheapest by far, usually.
