ck 30 rear wiper

I got a ck30 with the kioti cab on it and I'm wondering if there is another option for installing a wiper motor for the rear glass. My rear glass doesn't have the holes for the wiper motor, therefor I would have to buy a whole new rear glass for $300 plus the wiper motor kit for another $300 from Kioti. Im not to keen on spending that much money just for a rear wiper. Any ideas? Thanks

Yup, its easy and free to do. My dealer removed one of the two bolts on the hinge on one side of the glass and installed a wiper motor there. When the wiper is installed it replaces the missing bolt so its all held securely. Wiper was only about $40 and it worked very well.

Sorry, I don't think I can, I don't have the tractor anymore. I may have pictures at home that might show it, I'll take a look when I get back from the lake.

When I bought the cab, I told my dealer I had to have a rear wiper for snow blowing. When I got my tractor back with the new cab installed, the wiper was already done so I really don't know what kind it was. I could only find two pictures that show the wiper. They're not great, but you should be able to zoom in on them to get an idea how my dealer installed them. It wasn't installed in the hinges, it's where the shocks attach to the glass.

No problem, glad it's helpful. Mine had a switch on the wiper motor itself. I would also install it on the other side if I had it to do again. On my DK, the wiper is in the middle of the top glass. On yours, I'd see if you could use a bolt hole for the hinge at the top rather than one of the ones on the side like my dealer did. Post pics when you're done.
