I understand Kioti has a CK35 out for 07. The dealer does not have specs on them yet - does anybody know anything about them or where I can find specs. This tractor is not on their webpage yet. Also, I am down to choosing between a Kubota L3430 or a Kioti (either CK or DK 35). Tell me why I would be happy with the Kioti. Right now the quote I received for the CK 35 is lower than the 3430 quote and the DK35 quote is higher than the 3430 quote. I am coming down to the wire and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are both tractors being sold by the same dealer? To be honest, and this is no help, I like them both. I would sit down and line up the specs for each tractor side by side and see who does the best. I would check out the financing, the warranty of each tractor, and what dealer you feel the most comfortable with. Since I only have 125 hours on my Kioti I am not going to tell you they are the best, in my case it has not passed the test of time. Maybe somebody who has lots of hours on there tractor with no major problems will give you some guidance.

The CK 35 will be the same specs as the CK30 the only difference in the machine is the engine.
The CK35 does have some little standard features that the CK30 did not such as the turn signals on the rops and a horn.
As far a specs they will be the same on the lifting capacity of the loader which is the Kl130 and the 3 point hitch will also have the same specs as the 30.

Thanks for the responces Wallace and Oleozz. The dealer did have a tractor weight of about 3700 pounds on the CK 35 which is considerably more than the CK30. Any thoughts as to why the difference? Thanks.

Hello Grapevine, What are your intended uses for the tractor? What part of the country are you located in? The real differences that i would see between the Ck35 and Dk35 would be in the three point lift capacities with the Dk35 having around 600lbs more lift. Id say both the Dk35 and the L3430 should be pretty similar performance wise . We still dont know what loader is being used on the new Dk35 . The Ck35 as Wallace stated is basically the same tractor as the Ck30 except for the additional hp at the pto. Which would allow the Ck35 to run a 6ft brushhog, then again thats as big as a brush hog as your really going to use on any of these 3 machines.. The Kubota use the 723 loader which alot of folks like, which is superior to the Ck35s loader the k130. Again more info is needed on what loader will be used with the new Dk35. The CK35 weighs in around 3050lbs the kubota 3430 around 3300lbs and the Dk35 at 3475lbs. Im curious what prices your getting on these machines because that will be regeional as well.. I looked heavily at the Kubota B3030 and the L3130 when i was shopping and ended up with the Kioti Ck30. The Ck30 has be a real workhorse for me , its done everything ive asked of it so far with no complaints.. The most important thing i would say is that your comfortable with your dealer whichever way you choose.. Test drive them all and see what feels best for you. Quality wise i think youll be happy with any of them... Good luck

Thank you all for the timely information. I have a 60 acre Christmas Tree/Wildlife Seedling business in Schuylkill County, PA. Soil is fairly light shale. The uses wil be maintaining and preparing seed beds for seedlings (FEL and rototiller), plowing and discing 5 acres of food plots (2 bottom plow and 6' disc) and various general farm duties such as building retainer walls, french drains, snow removal, etc(FEL and eventually a 3 point backhoe). I already have an 84 Allis 5015 with a 4' bush hog for Christmas Tree mowing, spraying, etc so mowing is not going to be an issue with the 35 HP tractor. This tractor will be replacing a 601 Workmaster which does the job, but I am getting tired of spending as much time maintaining it as I am using it. I am working with Messick's in Etown for the Kubota and a brand new Kioti dealer in Annville. They have both been very easy to work with and I can understand some of the new Kioti dealers wrong specs since he just got the dealership the 1st of the year. He gave me a price of 16, 500 for the CK35 and FEL and 17, 700 for the DK35 and FEL. Based upon this it is likely I will go with the 3430 unless he can do significantly better on the DK35. Because of my plowing needs I believe I don't want to get a tractor that weighs less than the 3430.

Hello Grapevine, those are really very good prices for the Kiotis if they include front end loaders.. Youd probably want the shuttle transmission and the R1 tires if you plan on doing alot of plowing.. Did the kubota include the the 723 loader at that price or was it the 513 ? The 513 is no better then the k130 .

The Kubota loader quoted was the 513. Specs seem to be similar for the 513 and the k130. Both quotes were with Ag tires.

For a few extra bucks you can get the LA723 loader on the Kubota which would really put it in a different class from the CK35. The CK35, as Wallace pointed out, is really a CK30 with more PTO HP. Exactly the same loader as a 30hp tractor (a bit better lift than the LA402 and roughly equivalent to the 513 as you point out.) I presume the CK35 will have the new version of the KL130 with the reengineered torsion tube....make sure the dealer doesn't sell you an older version due to a relatively high incidence of metal fatigue cracks at the inspection place corners.

I would personally only look at the CK35 if I needed a bit more PTO HP than the CK30 and that otherwise the CK30 was fine for my needs.
