I have just finished building my own cab for my tractor, everything is completed, but one thing remains to be done. The heater has been installed, but i don't know where to plug the heater hoses, also should i remouve the thermostate and change to something hotter:confused: Any help is welcomed.
The tractor is a 2010 CK30 Gear.
I will post pics shortly:D

I know mine is teed into the bottom radiator hose. Not sure where the other end is hooked. I will go out to the garage later and see. Will try to grab a couple pics with my phone.

At thermostat housing, there is a small bypass line (1/2"), you can use this for plumbing. (Upper Radiator Hose controls heat - hotter water here.)Remove hose, route one hose to one side and other hose to other pipe. No need to change Thermostat. 180 degrees should roast you out! HAHA!

Don't forget to purge system of air and add water/antifreeze!

My upper hose hooks to the thermostat housing:

The lower hose hooks into the radiator lower hose outlet:

It was all there when I got the tractor used.

Looks like it came out great. Looks even better than the store bought cab on mine.

i'll second that on the haif inch bypass line. did this on mine and it works perfectly. no need to buy expensive adapters from cab depot, etc. it flows full preasure until the thermostat opens and even then the thermostat only opens a slightly. the heater becomes your radiator up to a certain point. drawback is you can not put a shut off because this is the water pump bypass and always flows coolant. hope you did not order adapters yet. good luck. nice cab!
