CK Hydro cooler noise

Is it normal for noise to come from your hydrocooler? Occasionally I noticed a odd sound from my hydrocooler seems to be worse with higher rpm's. Kind of like a flapping sound I almost thought something small was caught or hitting my cooling fan but when I put my hand on the hydrocooler in front of the radiator I can feel it vibrating I'm wondering if it's just air passing through it and is this normal or something to be concerned about. CK 27 clone. Thanks in advance for any help

I have a CK30hst, CT230 clone, and there is no noise like that from my cooler. There should be no air passing through the cooler's tubes. If there is, you have a suction leak some where if you have no hydro fluid leaking out. Is there something stuck between the cooler and the radiator? That sound might also just be resinating through the fluid from some where else and you hear it there being amplified by the cooler. I'd do some more hunting and see if you can just narrow it down to the cooler only.
