Tires ck20 23x8.5-12 tires?

I've found a good price on a set of 23x8.5-12 R4 tires for my CK20, but I know the manual says 24x8.5? Having a real tough time even finding a set that size let alone for a reasonable price? I already have a good set of 12-16.5 6 ply R4's on the way for the rears, is the combo ok? anybody run this?

Those 23 inch tires would travel 72.22 inches per revolution and the 24 inch tires would travel 75.36 inches. A 3 inch change in travel distance each time the front tire turned might not be good for the front diff gears.
