Kioti CK20HST
I have a CK20HS with factory rear remotes, Both couplers are female.

I bought a woods BH65 with frame kit.
The frame kite came with rear remote hose kit, I wont need it as I already have rear remotes.

The Woods BH65 does NOT come with hoses from the backhoe to the rear remotes.

What type, length hoses do I need to connect to the BH65 valve body and run to the rear remotes?
The rear remote "Kit" that came from woods has one male and one female coupler, where as my factory rears have both female,
So when I disconnect the BH, my rear remotes will not leak,, but will the BH male couplers drain the BH valve body everytime I disconnect it?

I could really use some guidance on this,, woods tech assistance person was "useless"

Anyone who has put a woods BH on a Kioti, let me know how you did it.

If the hoses that came with your kit are not long enough, ready made 3000 - 4000 PSI hydraulic hoses w/ male thread on each end and quick connect male AG fittings (and other fittings) are available from your local tractor supply store. The fittings have either a ball or poppet in them so when disconnecting the BH you won't lose any fluid. I'd say to use 1/2" for hose diameter. For length, just mount the BH and frame on the tractor and measure the length you need from the BH valve body to the remotes and add about a foot for slack. Once you get the BH connected with hoses to the remotes and working properly put different colored zip ties on each remote and corresponding hose so you don't mix them up the next time you hook up the BH. Mixing them up would result in hyd. fluid flowing the wrong way through the BH valve.

George,
Thanks for the reply.
Do the male ag fittings have a ball to stop flow when disconnected ?

On my tractor, I went with one male and one female QA fitting on the tractor so I can
not connect the hoe up incorrectly. I also like more than 1 foot of slack, so I have
more flexibility when connecting to the subrame under hydraulic power. This also
lets you connect the 2 hoe hoses together when dismounted, which blocks out
dirt and equalizes residual pressure.

Do you have the factory Kioti rear remotes? I mine are both female, I guess I like the idea of hooking the BH lines together after taking the BH off.

I have the factory single AUX valve on my CK30, and I once had a CK20, on which I
also installed the one-spool AUX.

Ideally, the hoe should not use a detented work port for power, due to additional
unnecessary restrictions which heat up the oil. But that is the easiest way, and the
way Kioti suggests.

I wonder if the factory rear remotes connect to th same place the woods line kit does ?
Can I install the woods kit and keep the factory remotes that are controlled by the lever on the right of the seat ?

The Woods BH65 does NOT come with hoses from the backhoe to the rear remotes.

It is not clear to me what you got in the Woods kit, in terms of hoses. You need to
run 2 hoses from the work ports of your AUX valve to the hoe's valve.
