It seems like my Hi Lo shift is stuck together with my 4 wheel drive shift. When I put the Hi Lo shift in the HI position the 4wd shifter goes into 4wd; when i put the Hi Lo shifter in LO position, the 4wd shifter goes into 2wd?

Also, will not go into Hi range

Could they be stuck together for some reason?

Thanks in advance for help.

Are the levers side by side with the shaft of one lever going through the hollow shaft of the other. If they are then they could be seized together. You should be able to loosen the two of them up by spraying with WD-40 or equivalent and working the shaft's against each other. You might have to do that for some time or just take them apart and clean them up.

The Hi Lo shifter is on the fender and the 4wd selector is below your left leg when seated. I will try to lube them

Thanks.

They must have some linkage in common if they are moving simultaneously. Check under the tractor. I'm just guessing but is it where they enter the transmission?

Don't think the levers have a common linkage. If I remember correctly, on my CK35H the range shift goes in the side, the 4WD lever goes in the front of the transmission. Sounds like it might be an internal issue.

Experienced same situation.
Lubricate linkage under fender with penetrating oil (I used PB PowerBlaster) and operate Hi - Low Range back and forth until linkage frees up.
