CK20 HST Comfort cab height

Does anyone know the height of the CK20 with a comfort cab installed? I am thinking about ordering a cab this week but I want to know if I will still be able to get in to my shop.
With the $1000.00 price rebate the cab is almost affordable ,at least if I assemble/install myself. I won't be able to get to a dealer this week to measure one and I have to order before Friday to take advantage of free freight ( my dealer is putting together a full truckload order)

I beleive that cab kit uses the ROPS as support structure so roof sides and rear are fastened to the ROPS. If that is the case height should be about same as open station with a canopy on.

I don't know the exact height, but i know the rops is removed with the cab. Congrats on the purchase, great looking cab, but expensive. i did look at the kioti cab, but because of clearance i had to build my own.

The cab is no Taller than the Rops I promise you. If you are able to clear your door opening now when you install the cab there will be no issue. Now as far as installing on your on, you are a very brave man. I have installed several of these and they arent much fun, do you have a oader installed on your tractor right now? If you do you will need to drop the loader from your tractor cause you will need to remove the loader mounts to install the cab support brackets behind the loader mount brackets. If you take your time and plan at least a day and a half to two days you should be fine. Also make sure you get all the air out of your cooling system when you install the heater hoses, if you don't you can run the risk of trapping air in the cooling system and blowing a head gasket. Make sure when you install the hoses that when topping off the fluid while running make sure the heater contol valve in the roof is open and not closed so you have proper flow. This cab is by far the nicest fitting on the market Sims and Laurens don't compare at all. With those cabs you keep the rops on for rollover cause the cabs aren't certified but with the KIOTI Kab it is rops certified.

Wow, I didn't know they had a cab for these small tractors. What are the details? Is it factory or aftermarket? What are the prices and does Bobcat offer it for their Ct122?

It is factory/ aftermarket ,it is beautifully finished has front lights wiper / washer heater . It also is pre wired for stereo and speakers. Two opening doors and front and rear opening windows.they even come with soundproofing fabric to complete the interior.
The price will likely depend on your location but Kioti is offering $1000 off until dec 31. If I buy one I am going to install myself, the dealerships are quoting $1000 to $1500 to install.
I would except that these would fit on Bobcat tractors assuming that the loader mounts are the same, I know the loaders themselves are different but the mounts are likely similar.the only other downside I could see for these on a bobcat is you would have an orange roof........Craig

Wouldn't be so bad, the roof might match the orange wheels. How much are the cabs? Are they about the same as say the Lauren's?

I was quoted $4400 to $4600 + taxes.( for my CK20) I am not sure of the price of the laurin cab but I think the kioti cab is finished much nicer then any of the aftermarket cabs I have seen. A friend of mine has a ck 30 with a sims cab and while it is functional it is not nearly as finished looking and after him having it for a couple of years it has faded to a kind of peach/ pink color.....not a fan......Craig

That is a good price for a nice looking cab. Wish I could find something as nice as that for an older model DK 35 for anywhere near that price.
I priced a Simms cab for my DK 35 and it was well over $6000 and not nearly as nice of a cab IMO.
The Laurin cabs are really nice, but the price was somewhere around $9000.

Hello All,
The Kioti cab is 86" +/- installed on the CK20. The SMV sign has a bracket that connects to the lifting bracket which will increase the height to about 92". If you find a different mount for your SMV you should be the same height as the ROPS going by the brochure specs.
They are time consuming to install, but not difficult. The hardest part is installing all the upholstered padding inside the cab.
If you have a KL120 loader you want to get the new hose kit which relocates the hoses if you have an older CK. Also let them know if you have a HST or Gear the interior package is a little different.
