Yes that was exactly the problem. I got at it yesterday and did more work than needed. All I really needed to do was screw the piston back down onto the threaded cable. I took a lot apart before I figured that out

Once I got the control box out I noticed one cable was able to unscrew completely from the box and one was still connected to the other piston. As for the piston that was stuck I figured out that was suppose to be that way and only works as a pivot point. So long story short if I just would have taken some channel locks I could have tightened the piston back onto the cable end. Oh well learned some stuff along the way. Thanks for the reply.
