CK20H Bucket Level Indicator?

Bought my CK20H w/K120 loader from Rivera's in Tx in July and had it shipped here to smokey So Calif. It doesn't have a bucket level indicator installed and when I asked about it they said neither they nor the Kioti rep has ever seen a CK20 with it. Kioti hasn't deigned to respond to my e-mail inquiry about it even though their website says its standard equipment on the K120 loader. Anyone else have info on this issue or others related to this machine?

I currently have a CK20HST on my lot with a KL120 Loader. It doesn't have a Indicator on it nor did any of the other 3 that I have sold. In the new brochures that we received it stated that most loaders have a indictor. This model however does not come with one. I looked though the loader manual to double check this and it says nothing about one. I looked on Kiotis website www.kiotitractor.com and i didn't find anything about the bucket indicator. Are you sure you weren't looking at the KL102 loader? It does have one. Hope this info helps.

I recently bought an LB 1914 with the Kioti 1210 loader. It says in the manual and the website that mine is to have the BLI. Seems the dealer forgot to install it and I was told that if I come up his way he may have one in his shop for me.
I better not get going on that subject all it does is raises my blood pressure. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif I paid for delivery for a reason.
On a good note the tractor works flawlessly. I could have had the CK 20 when the 1914 I ordered was not available.
After looking at the two side by side I decided to wait on the LB. the LB was a little bigger and weighed a bit more. I did like the sleeker design of the CK.

I took another look at the Kioti site and they've now changed the wording since I e-mailed them. Here's the original quote from the website at this url:

So they've opted to change the website wording rather than provide the advertised components!

HERKYEC130 - Yes yours should have a BLI, and the dealer should have taken care of you. It probalby wouldn't have cost him but $6-7 to ship you one UPS.

JohnnyO - The website was probalby just a typo and i don't think the CK20 was ever designed to have a BLI. Kioti has been updating the website and has been adding info. It was more than likely a typo that they didn't notice till you brought it to there attention.

IANAL, but I thought the "Truth in advertising laws" held dealers accountable to honoring their ads or otherwise making the customer happy in someother way.

What they did is just take the "Standard features" list from the other loaders (1450) and move it to the 120 "standard features". It was purely accidental.
They didn't do it with "intended malice". When you emailed them it brought it to their attention, if they had left it up THEN they would be trying to mislead.
They removed it, because you made them aware of their mistake. I'm sure they are thankful for that.
