Not trying to be a wise guy, just post a new video - 4 Fahrenheit check it out in the new video section tractor starts up, sitting outside all night no electrical pan heater or other aid just four hits of the glow plugs the hydraulic pump complains ,but that's the nature of the beast, the film jumped a bit cheap camera must be too cold LOL. I have owned many different makes and models of tractors all started similar from 26 hp to 95 I would really tell you dealer fix my tractor, KIOTI is a fantastic piece of equipment very well engineered it should not be having these problems my dealer sells them alongside of new Holland yours must have a problem take care

RADIUM, you mentioned above that your electricity prices were very high. I checked and was surprised at how much NYS residents pay. You're paying $0.194 (19.4 cents) per kilowatt-h. That is high! Here in Ontario I pay between 5.1 cents and 9.9 cents depending on the time of day.

Small coolant heaters are usually 1500W. If you were to turn one on for 1 hour before starting, and used NY's high price, it would cost you $0.30 (30 cents) to pre-heat the tractor. In areas with more reasonable electricity costs, a single pre-heat could cost as little as 6 to 8 cents.
