Hello all, I started noticing a hydraulic lag when I first start my tractor. I'll step on the foot pedal and it may take 2-3 seconds for the tractor to start to move. If I use the tractor everyday the lag is not present. The fluid level is good. I changed the fluid and filters about 10 hours ago. Any help or suggestion would be great. Note that once the initial lag is gone, the tractor runs fine and the hydraulics seem fine. Good power, no excessive noise etc. Thanks.

That's normal. My CK30 has always done that (for 4.5 yr now). Apparently
some of the oil drains back in the HST when the tractor rests for a while.

Clearly, it is a different design, vs. other HST units, as no JD of mine has
any detectable lag.

Yep, I agree. My CK25 has always done that. 4 years old now. I usually wait about 20 seconds before I creep, very slowly, out of the garage ( so I don't asphyxiate myself). If I go earlier, the lag is bigger. Even after 20 seconds, I sometimes feel a tiny lag.
