does anyone know how to time a injection pump on a ck25 kioti 2006? thanks for any help.

Do you have a workshop manual? If not, you can order one from MichiganIronandEquipment.com, around $100. Probably a good investment for you. I'd call them and confirm the correct part number for your model year.

There is a thread on here that has a zip folder for a CK manual you need to do a search for it but it is here.

Thank you. Found this out after talking to and having my injection pump fixed by a gentleman in Marietta, Ohio who knows all the p's and q's when it comes to diesel equipment. Cost a fraction of what a new one would cost. People at Kioti are no help at all and do not know anything. All they want to do is sell a person a new one.
