Ck2510 cranky hydro pedal

I'm pretty sure it has been mentioned before, but I've searched and can't find it. My hydro pedal seems like it keeps getting worse and worse about getting stuck in forward or reverse. Especially when I'm going forward and then change directions I near about have to slam my foot on the reverse for it to move. If I move the pedal back and forth with the tractor off, it's as smooth as can be. I also keep it greased up often. My tractor has around 300hrs. I'll probably take it in to the dealer soon since it's still under warranty, but just wanted some opinions.

Have the dealer check the transmission pressures mine was doing that and i had the transmission replaced under warranty.

I too have a problem with the hydro pedal on my CK 2510. My issue is that under load it will lock in forward and stall the tractor out. If you take your foot off of the pedal it will stay locked into forward. I really notice this problem when using the FEL. If I am using the FEl and going into a hill to load the bucket the hydro pedal will not return to neutral. Sometimes the tractor will stall itself out before you can get the pedal to release. The dealer told me that I should be putting the pedal into reverse when this happens. Is this right? Or should the pedal return to neutral. The pedal seems to be locking up from the hydraulic pressure that is being applied from the FEL.

It should return to neutral. Until my tractor is warmed up it tends to lock up as well but only on occasion & the colder the weather the more chance of it happening. When I mentioned it to the dealer he said bring it in and they'd put another new transmission in. Since i'm use to it and it's fine once good and warm I'm going to live with it but would not do so if it was constant.

Yes my CK2510 hydro pedal does stay in forward or reverse when you let off the pedal, works fine when tractor is off and I have lubed it several times. Let us know what your dealer says.

The dealer didn't do much other than lube it up. I don't believe they checked any transmission
Pressures. I'm hoping to take to another dealer to get a second opinion. It is quite aggravating

Mine was doing the same thing, took it into dealer, he replaced the trans. Said he called kioti and they told him to replace the whole trans. He also said it wasn稚 the first one he痴 done. All back to normal now. Also my tractor just turned 100 hrs, I started noticing it around 50 hrs if I remember correctly

**Update**

For the past two weeks my tractor has been at the dealer. They took the hydro pedal apart and cleaned everything real good. Kioti told them to replace the hst control valve? I think that's what they said.
Well talked to them today, they said that did help the reverse but it was still somewhat creeping in forward motion. They talked to Kioti again today and Kioti said to replace the HST unit. So... looks like I'm getting a new trans. Good thing it's still under warranty. I'll update again once I get the tractor back and work it some.

Like I stated earlier, had a new trans put in mine a few months ago. No problems since! Good luck, the new unit should get you all fixed up
