Anyone know the proper torque spec of the 19mm an 17mm bolts that hold the loader frame mounts to the tractor. I just want to make sure they are not coming lose?

Are those the head sizes? Those are not common metric bolt sizes, which are by diameter and are usually even numbers. There are M10 and M12 bolts with those head sizes. In that case I would look at the grade markings on the heads, probably 8.8 or 10.9, and then google it and find a dry torque value. Alternatively, through a socket on a 3/8" ratchet and give is a reasonable tug just to make sure it's not loose.

Yes, those are the head sizes. I did give them a tug and a few I could snug up.

Just google metric bolt torques once you get the grade and tighten them to the dry values. As far as I can tell the 17mm head is M10 and 19mm head is M12.

Easy enough to remove one and measure across the threads with a ruler, or tape......most have milimeters on one side. Then pull out your owner's manual, or your loader's manual, and find the torque chart.

The torque values are in the loader manual. Page 13-8 and -9. The bolts are M14 and M12 and the torques (for 8.8) are 106-127 and 66-79 ft lbs respectively from page 12-3. And the head markings are DD9; IDK what that means.

It would be hard to overtighten them. I use a 1/2" strong arm socket bar and put my foot on it. I do have several torque wrenches but they are not really helpful with these bolts. Getting at them is not the easiest.
The problem I have is the spring washers breaking and falling out. I am guilty of pushing old stumps and believe this loads the bolts up.
I bought a pack of decent spring washers and check them regularly. I just replaced 2 of the 14mm ones a couple of days ago.
I buff the bolt thread on a wire buff and lube the thread with anti seize nickel before putting them back in. They tighten better than just having dry threads.

Check out this page. You can find useful identifying info.

To those who are having lock washers break or loader mounts loosen: This is an indication that the joints are moving - they are wearing. You are living on borrowed time. The end result will be egged out threaded holes on the tractor, if not actual breakage of the case castings.

... Lose the lock washers. Get Grade8 flat washers and 10.9 rated fasteners which enter the casing 1.25 full diameters or more. Tighten them dry or with WD40 to the bolt grade spec. Check them in a week. They will probably turn a little due to fast initial metal creep in a new bolt. Afterward they should never move when you check them. If they do theres a problem.
