I had some time after xmas to spend on the maintenance. I changed the oil and filter (rotella T 15w40). I had a very-very tight 4 wheel drive lever in which I had to literally stand on to engage. I hit the lever pivot points with WD-40 and worked it a bit and it is happy now! I also had the parking brake light coming on intermittently with the brake not applied. I adjusted ( bent ) the contact on the brake switch to remedy this. I had a loose front end loader lever sometime back and had tightened it up ok, but I had it too far towards my leg and it rubbed my leg, so I readjusted the position to throw it out more towards the fender and tightened it back up, I'm happy now! I also noticed the right side tie rod has a torn grease bushing. Not sure what to call it, but it holds the grease in and is made of rubber. Is there a replacement rubber for it? I also have installed a cigarette lighter socketup front just in front of the hood latch. I use this with my sprayer that I put in the FEL bucket and the homemade spray boom that I clamp to the bucket. I wired the cig-socket to a bosch relay I added ( fused at the battery)and I tied into the parking lamp relay control wire so that the socket is powered up when the running lights are on. This let me get away with not having to wire up a separate switch and kept all wiring up front and simple. Now if I could just fix that slipping cruise control lever .......
