The glow plugs on my CK30 have not appeared to me to be working this summer. So, this morning being a bit colder, it was quite hard starting. Took it to my dealer. He checked the relay, replaced it with a new one and did not fix it. Traced the problem to the temperature sender on the motor. When he tried to remove it, it broke apart and he had a bit of trouble getting it out. I will post here after I get it back and test it out to let you know how the fix worked.
Some kudos for my dealer. I called him at 2:40 he said come right over, he immediately started work on it trying to fix it on my trailer. After the part broke he asked me to leave it. He called just before 5:00 to tell me it was fixed and I could get it this evening if I needed it. We agreed I would pick it up in the morning. I do custom work with the tractor and really appreciate his quick response.
