I have 40 hours on my new CK30H and I seem to have developed a small issue with my FEL hydraulics. I have a Kioti KL130B FEL and I first noticed something a little odd a few weekends ago while I was loading the tractor on my trailer. I did not have the bucket perfectly flat and when I went to strap the front end down I steped on the front lip of the bucket and it moved. It would move up and down probably 1-1.5". I did not think much about it, but then I noticed when I drove over rough terrain the entire loader would bounce up and down a couple inches when I would hit a bump. So I tested the to see if I could move the bucket end and down with my foot today with the tractor running and I could. It seems like the hydraulics are just not holding pressure they way they should to keep the loader from moving on its own. When I push on the bucket with my foot, I can see the curl cylinder move in and out. I have not noticed any tendency for the loader to creap down when running or anything like that. The fluid level is where it should be.

I do not have a Kioti dealer close by, but when I was visiting my mom and dad in FL last weekend we drove by a Kioti dealer on the way to Sebring. I wanted to stop in and show my dad what kind of tractor I bought. I actually was not sure I had a problem, but I checked a CK30 on the lot and the bucket was rock solid. There might have been some down pressure on the bucket and it was flat on the ground, but I could not make it move.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jeff

Mine does that too, many in the curl axis. But, when running I haven't noticed any movement. Only when engine is off. Doesn't seem to affect performance.

Cycle your curl function completely one way (dumped) then back the other several times and hold it for a second or two when the cylinder bottoms out and fully retract. There may be some air in the system. Mine would do that at different times on both the CK20 and the CK30 that i owned. It's partly just the geometry of the loader and possible air in the system, it doesn't take much for the bucket curl to bounce with a heavy load in it on my CK30 and I will just have to hit the curl function and hold it for a second or two after it fully retracts. Another time I've noticed this is if you use the curl float position to completely dump the bucket. I'm gonna guess here and say that if you do and you have a very heavy load in the bucket that the hydraulic fluid may be cavitating with the load drawing so hard to dump that the fluid can't keep up and it creates air bubbles in the system and they trap in the cylinders.
